Return and Refund Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 
Playground King is committed to service excellence. Playground King is committed to service excellence and we’re pleased to offer you a 30 day return guarantee for many of our products; 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchased product. All products must be in salable condition and be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. Playground King will refund your purchase price minus all actual shipping costs, including to and from your ship location. We will also deduct a standard restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, including any applicable taxes. 


HOW CAN I RETURN YOUR PRODUCT? 
If you wish to make a return, please call our Customer Service Team (813) 875-5500 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning an item. The RMA number must be on all boxes or parts returned. Once we have received your returned product, your purchase (net of applicable charges) will be refunded to the credit card originally used to make your purchase. Product returned to Playground King without an authorized RA number, or returned more than 30 days after delivery of the product to you, or returned to Playground King “freight collect” does not qualify for a refund. Returns are NOT accepted on special order products not limited to oversized items. 


WHAT IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES WITH MISSING, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PARTS? 
We are constantly looking for new ways to improve our packaging and shipping methods and all of our products undergo a thorough quality review process before being shipped to you. We ask you to thoroughly review and inspect all component parts immediately when delivered, picked up or installed. Note any damages on the shipper’s paperwork prior to signing and photograph the damaged item. If there is any issue whatsoever, please call our Customer Service Team at (813) 875-5500 within 5 days of product delivery and we will assist you with the issue.


Shipping Information

WHERE AND WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER? 
We ship to many locations within continental USA. US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. For special shipping requests, please contact our Customer Service Team at (813) 875-5500. Playground King will ship your product within approximately 3 business days from date of receipt of your paid smaller item order. For smaller items, please allow 2 – 7 business days for delivery which will be delivered direct to your home via UPS Ground.


For larger orders delivered by a Freight Carrier Company, Curbside delivery signature will be required. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time for large items will be approximately 1 - 4 weeks from the time of order and varies by product. Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.

  • Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment of large items.

  • Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.

  • It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.

  • If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process.

  • If Damaged or missing items are NOT noted at time of delivery, customer may be fully responsible.

Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with un-packaging or set-up. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 
If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, you can cancel the order if it has not been shipped. Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled by phone, as emails are not recognized as a cancellation notice. In our commitment to customer service, please be assured that if your order has been shipped, you may return any unwanted items after you receive them in accordance with the Playground King Return Policy.



Availability and Taxes

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 
Playground King makes every effort to provide you with the products you order. If you have placed an order which subsequently becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately to remedy the situation. This may include placing your order on backorder, or we may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with any alternative products, Playground King will cancel your order and refund your purchase. Playground King reserves the right to make changes to our products, including the discontinuance of such products.



PAYMENT AND SALES TAXES 
When purchasing your product from Playground King, you may pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or PayPal. We will process your payment before shipping your Playground King product and the charge on your credit card statement will appear as “Playground King”. We charge sales tax for some orders shipped to the states of Florida, South Dakota, Indiana and others.



ONLINE SECURITY 
You can order securely and with confidence from Playground King. Our privacy policy outlines our full privacy protection commitment. We confirm we do not store any credit card information, and confirm we look after your personal details with care. No details are provided to third party providers, outside of shipping information required to deliver your order.
